Program Structure

From zero to sterile field.

A structured, accredited program that takes you from classroom to OR — with clinical rotations at real hospitals and a certification pass rate that speaks for itself.

Weeks 1–4

Sterile Technique Foundations

Surgical asepsis, hand hygiene protocols, gowning and gloving, sterile field setup — the non-negotiables.

Weeks 5–10

Instrument Identification & Counts

Every instrument by name, function, and pass technique. Sponge, sharps, and instrument counts until they're automatic.

Weeks 11–18

Procedure-Specific Scrubbing

Laparoscopic, open abdominal, ortho, and OB cases — learning the flow of each specialty from first count to close.

Weeks 19–28

Clinical Rotations

Real ORs. Real patients. Real counts. Supervised by credentialed surgical techs at our partner hospitals.
